There’s a problem!

When updating the Neural DSP Quad Cortex from FW 1.4.1 to the new FW CorOs 2.0.0, after the update and rebut it happened that the Quad Cotrex stretched the screen but completely hardened, nothing works neither screen nor shutdown nor any change. At the same time, the installation process took place without any problems or any indications of anything.

The device can only be turned off by turning off the electricity supply, otherwise not. I am sending a link where I have added some photos from the update and also the final screen, which cannot be changed in any way, neither the foot switches nor the touch screen work.

I tried to enable QC again but the same thing happens!

Nastal problém!

Pri update Neural DSP Quad Cortexu z FW 1.4.1 na nový FW CorOs 2.0.0 sa po update a rebut stalo to, že Quad Cotrex natiahol obrazovku ale celkove úplne stvrdol, nič nefunguje ani obrazovka ani vypnutie ani nijaká zmena. Pritom priebeh inštalácie prebiehal bez problémov alebo nejakých náznakov niečoho.

Prístroj sa dá vypnúť len vypnutím prívodu elektriky, inak nie. Posielam link, kde som pridal nejaké fotky z update a aj tú záverečnú obrazovku, ktorá sa nijako nedá zmeniť, nefungujú nožné prepínače ani dotyková obrazovka.

Skúsil som zapnúť QC znovu, ale deje sa to isté!

Dole nižšie som zachytil fotodokumentáciu pri inštalácii.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to read about that.

Could you please try to remove all the cables from the unit, and only keep the power supply pugged to it.
Then, try once again to download and install the update.

Ďakujeme, že ste sa na nás obrátili, a prepáčte, že o tom čítam.

Mohli by ste sa, prosím, pokúsiť odpojiť od jednotky všetky káble a ponechať k nej pripojený iba napájací zdroj.
Potom skúste znova stiahnuť a nainštalovať aktualizáciu.

Prosím, dajte nám vedieť, ako to ide.

Odpojil som výstupné jacky a USB kábel (ktorý ale nebol k PC pripojený) a FW sa po zapnutí doinštaloval.

Ak to bol problém, mali by to niekde do inštrukcií pre inštaláciu FW 2-0-0 napísať.
